In recent years Mixed Martial Arts has become a popular choice of self-defense due to its functional and practical applications and techniques. It has also become increasingly popular as a form of fitness, stress relief and all round physical and mental health.
At B & J's MMA inc we are committed to promoting the highest level of fitness and a positive mental attitude. We achieve this through high quality Mixed Martial Arts training, combining Muay Thai, Boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as well as our unique Ladies only Cardio Kickboxing. B & J's MMA inc is run by Bobby and Jeni Karagiannidis and was established in 2000.
